PRINCE2 Workshop
Course Objective
This high-energy, facilitated workshop event, offered in association with
AFA, is designed to bring PRINCE2 to life within an organisation. The
focus will be on learning the core structure of PRINCE2 and applying the
concepts to real-life projects.
Delegate Profile
Project Teams or consultants wishing to apply PRINCE2 in their organisation
or on specific projects. Delegates will be asked to bring a project to
the event which requires planning and which could benefit from a formalised
approach.

Trainer Profile
All JEM Consulting & Training Ltd’s workshop facilitators are
accredited PRINCE2 trainers and in addition are experienced consultants
with extensive backgrounds in the application of PRINCE2 in the project
environment.
Duration & Location
This workshop can be held as a two, three, four or five day event depending
on the desired scope. It is normally held as an in-house event at the
client site or venue choice.
