Jane Morgan – Managing Director

Jane has almost twenty years of project and programme management and training experience in all industry sectors. Jane has designed and conducted professional training programs for a variety of organisations including AVIS Europe, Caterpillar, Ernst & Young, Intel, Pfizer, General Electric, Vodafone, Dell, Orange and Prudential.

She holds an MBA from the University of Redlands in California, and a BA in German & Spanish from Thames Valley University. A certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Jane is also an AMPG accredited PRINCE2, MSP and MOR trainer.

From 1996 to 2002, Jane held the post of adjunct professor of project management for the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California. A specialist in global issues, Jane is fluent in French and Spanish and conducts training events in these languages.
In addition to training, Jane also works as a consultant in all areas of project, programme and portfolio management. Her engagements include conducting PM process health assessments; PMO design and set-up; programme planning workshop facilitation and coaching and mentoring.

Paula Ferraro - PMO Consultant

Paula has over ten years of Programme and Project office experience within working project environments utilising both Prince2 and PMI methodologies within the automotive, service and telecommunications industries both in Australia and the UK.

Paula has set up and administered programme / project offices for a variety of large multinational companies including Alcatel Telecommunications, Energis Ltd (telecommunications) and Daimler Chrysler Australia,

She is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Reading.
