Training
JEM Consulting & Training Ltd’s approach to training is flexible,
innovative and highly customisable. Our training events provide an opportunity
for individuals and teams to enhance their skills in a variety of areas
related to project and programme management and to gain highly sought-after
professional qualifications.
Our core PRINCE2 and MSP training events are offered in association with
AFA Projects and include a 1-day introductory course in addition to Foundation
and Practitioner courses.
Our soft skill courses are specifically geared to the project and programme
arena and can be customised for your organisation’s specific needs.
We also offer workshop-style courses for intact project or programme teams
who wish to both learn and simultaneously apply the principles of PRINCE2
or MSP to current or future projects. Participants leave our high-energy
workshops with “first-cut” project plans and core-process
outlines that they can immediately implement back on the job.
